Meet Renee
Operations Manager | BrokerRenee was a Kindergarten teacher for 17 years before getting her real estate license in 2010. Before joining Merriment, she worked for a local high-end custom builder, as well as a national homebuilder as their online sales counselor. Additionally, she worked at and supported a large team at a general brokerage.
Cindy was a solo agent for 20 years with a large, national brokerage when she hired Renee in November 2021 as her Client Care Coordinator. Together, they explored how they wanted to expand and change into a new and different kind of boutique real estate company with a heart for service, and Merriment was born.
Renee is extremely knowledgeable in all things real estate, and is thorough and dependable. Clients appreciate her follow-up, follow-through and calmness through their transaction. (All that Kindergarten teacher experience is paying off!) In addition to overseeing daily operations, Renee uses her business acumen to implement Merriment's vision and mission. From developing strategic marketing plans to streamlining procedural and organizational systems, Renee delivers the highest level of service. The team appreciates her willingness to do anything to help, and always being encouraging and supportive. She is a vital part of Merriment.
Renee loves spending time with her husband of 20+ years, her sweet young son, and her very spoiled and sassy German Shepherd, Scout.
