Ashley is the Director of Operations and Marketing at Merriment Realty and a lifelong resident of the area. She brings over a decade of real estate experience, blending her background in sales, brokerage leadership, and administrative management to ensure clients and agents alike receive exceptional support.

Her real estate journey began in 2014, first as an administrative assistant and quickly advancing to licensed agent in 2015. By 2017, Ashley became a broker-in-charge and opened her own firm, A Hadi Realty. Along the way, she also gained valuable perspective working with a national investor, a local real estate law office, and a real estate appraiser, experiences that deepened her understanding and what it takes to reach the closing table.

Ashley’s entrepreneurial spirit was shaped by her time living overseas in Morocco after marrying in 2007 and her return to the U.S. in 2009. Buying her first home in 2012 confirmed her passion for real estate and deepened her commitment to communication, education, and client care. That newfound passion also renewed her focus on building lasting, professional relationships.

At Merriment Realty, Ashley has found the perfect place to combine her expertise with her values. Working alongside founder Cindy Poole Roberts, she focuses on creating stability, streamlining systems, and cultivating growth, always with the client’s experience at the heart of it all.
